Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Agone platform, accessible at agone.app, operated by ALLONE, a sole proprietorship under Beninese law (RCCM COTONOU No. RB/ABC/24 A 117144, IFU 0202495727390), with its registered office in Abomey-Calavi, Republic of Benin.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account on Agone, you unconditionally accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Registration

To use Agone, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password
  • Have a valid email address
  • Be a real person (not a bot)

4. User Roles

Agone offers two roles:

  • Tenant / Buyer: searches and books real estate
  • Landlord / Seller: publishes and manages listings

The same account can exercise both roles.

5. Landlord Obligations

As a landlord on Agone, you agree to:

  • Only list properties you own or are legally authorized to list
  • Provide accurate information about your properties
  • Respond to visit requests within 48 hours
  • Honor listed prices
  • Not request payments outside Agone for transactions made through the platform

6. Tenant Obligations

As a tenant on Agone, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Attend confirmed visits
  • Make payments through the Agone platform
  • Treat landlords with respect
  • Report any issues to contact@agone.app

7. Listings

Agone reserves the right to remove any listing that:

  • Contains false or misleading information
  • Offers non-existent properties
  • Violates applicable laws
  • Includes offensive or inappropriate content

8. Payments

Payments on Agone are processed by FedaPay (Mobile Money — MTN, Moov, Orange — or bank card).

Every payment is itemised before you confirm it: the amount; an Agone service fee of 1 % borne by whoever pays; for a nightly stay, the Agone booking fee; and the provider’sprocessing fee, passed through in full. Agone collects no deposit: any deposit is settled directly between the parties. Agone is not a party to the deposit and does not intervene in disputes about it. The owner receives the amount minus the Agone owner fee at their plan’s rate. Owner purchases (publication, subscription, boost, lease fee) are charged at the listed price plus the processing fee. The receipt and the ledger repeat exactly the lines shown before payment.

9. Liability

Agone is a connection platform. We are not party to contracts concluded between landlords and tenants. Agone cannot be held liable for damages resulting from transactions between users.

10. Suspension

Agone may suspend or delete any account that violates these terms, without notice in case of serious violation.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Ivorian law and OHADA law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.
