ALLONE ("Agone", "we"), a sole proprietorship under Beninese law, operates the real estate platform agone.app dedicated to West Africa. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Law No. 2017-20 of 20 April 2018 on the Digital Code of the Republic of Benin (Book Five), as amended by Law No. 2020-35, under the supervision of the Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP).

We collect the following data:

• Identity data: name, profile photo
• Contact data: email, phone, country
• Verification data: ID document (for verification badge)
• Usage data: listings viewed, searches, bookings
• Payment data: processed by FedaPay — we do not store your banking details
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies

Your data is used to:

• Create and manage your account
• Facilitate visit and stay bookings
• Verify your identity for the verified badge
• Send you important notifications
• Improve our services
• Comply with legal obligations

We share your data only with:

• FedaPay: for payment processing
• Supabase: for secure data storage
• Legal authorities: if required by law

We never sell your data to third parties.

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. After account deletion, it is erased within 30 days, unless legally required otherwise. Some categories follow their own period:

• Identity documents: kept until the verification decision, then 12 months after that decision, then deleted.
• Messages: deleted 24 months after the linked engagement (stay, visit or lease) ends, or 6 months after the last message when no booking followed.
• Security logs: kept unaltered; the IP address, approximate location and browser identifier they contain are erased after 12 months.

Under the Digital Code (Law No. 2017-20), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and data
• Object to data processing
